Two Sisters. One Mission: Making Stress a Little Softer.
Stress-Free Squeeze started with a simple idea between two sisters — squishy, stress-relieving products shouldn’t be an afterthought. They should be soft, thoughtfully made, and genuinely good for the people who love them. We’re Wisal, based in France, and Silvie, traveling in Southeast and East Asia — and while we’re continents apart, we run this business as a team, splitting the work between the parts we’re each best at.
Who Does What
Wisal (France) — a mother of an active toddler, the customer-facing half of the shop. I handle marketing, trends, and making sure what we sell actually matches what our customers are looking for — whether that’s a teen building a squishy collection or a parent picking out a teacher gift.
Silvie (Southeast & East Asia) — a newly-wed loves traveling, the sourcing and quality half. I am the one hunting down the best squishes, testing textures and slow-rise quality, and working directly with hand-crafters, makers and small manufacturers to find products worth putting our name on.
Two continents, one shared standard: if we wouldn’t keep it for ourselves, we don’t sell it.
We Curate — We Don’t Just Collect
We don’t limit our search to one factory, one country, or one supplier. Our approach is global: we look everywhere for makers and products worth featuring, testing samples, comparing quality, and saying no far more often than we say yes. That’s what “handpicked” actually means here — every product in our shop has been personally tested, compared, and chosen by one of us before it ever reaches our store. No dropshipping guesswork, no listing something we haven’t touched ourselves.
Why It Matters
A squishy is a small thing. But a squishy that falls apart in a week, or never smells right, or just doesn’t feel good in your hands — that’s a small disappointment that adds up. We built this business because we wanted better than that, both for our own collections and for the people who shop with us.
