Article 1 – Purpose These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through stressfreesqueeze.com by Stress-free Squeeze, a sole trader (SIRET: 103 376 943 00017), 16 rue Albert Schweitzer, 94350 Villiers-sur-Marne, France.
Article 2 – Prices All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Stress-free Squeeze reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 3 – Orders Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Article 4 – Payment Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Article 5 – Delivery Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. Stress-free Squeeze cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to withdraw from their purchase without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@stressfreesqueeze.com.
Article 7 – Returns and Refunds Returned products must be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Article 8 – Legal Guarantees Customers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under applicable French and EU consumer law.
Article 9 – Personal Data Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

Article 11 – Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
